Crispy quinoa ice cream
Ingredients:
- Ice cream
- Chocolate syrup
- Crispy quinoa
- Fresh mint
Preparation:
- First, rinse and then fry the quinoa in oil until it pops.
- Place small scoops of vanilla ice cream on tray and keep in freezer.
- Remove chilled ice cream scoops from freezer and then roll each scoop of ice cream in crispy quinoa.
- Place the tray back into the freezer.
- Take out ice cream quinoa scoops and drizzle chocolate syrup on top.
- Finish with mint garnish.
